Abstract

This research has purpose to know the effectiveness restorative justice through diversion implementation. This research was take in Polres Sukoharjo Aiptu Wijeng as Chairman Kanit Women and Children (PPA) in Polres Sukoharjo. This method is normative with type descriptive research because this research will describe overall and about systematic restorative justice using diversion implementation. The data focus on literature research to search data secondary. In other that do field research to get the primary data. Result of research indicate that the process restorative justice through diversion implementation in children that get law in polres sukoharjo that was do with good and qualified and the provisions of applicable laws and UU No 11 of 2012 about The Justice Children and UU No 35 of 2014 about Protection the Children. Enforcement restorative justice through diversion implementation to children that get law in Polres Sukoharjo always prioritizes restorative justice or diversion, prosecution of damages for damages reported (offender), children that do criminal act is the homeless child, unavailable of the place resistance especially for children in Polres Sukoharjo.
