Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of quality information and services to customer satisfaction in the interest of online shopping repurchase. Respondents in this study are 150 students of the Economics and Business Faculty who use the market place application. Data is collected used questionnaires. Data analysis technique is using path analysis method.The results showed that: the quality of information influence on customer satisfaction, service quality influence on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction influence on the interest of repurchase, the quality of the information influence on the interest of repurchase, and quality of service influence on the interest of repeat purchase.
