Abstract

Surakarta is one of the city with large population by ± 570,000 inhabitant. The population increment makes the demand for the government to supply the place to live. Surakarta has 4,406.00 ha wide of area, so of the sollution is apartement development. The planning of apartement is according to the newest standard regulation (SNI), SNI-1726:2012 (The Procedures of Earthquake Resistance Design for Structural Building and Non-Structural Building) and SNI-2847:2013 (The Requirements of Structural Concrete for Building). The design includes main structure (upper structure beam column and lower structure), and plate structure (roof plate, floor plate, basement wall and stair). The location of the building is in Surakarta and the classification calculation of soil site is medium soil (SD), so it is obtained the value of SDS and SD1 are 0.502 and 0.210, so the classification of Seismic Design Category for the high risk earthquake (KDS D). Earthquake load on the SRPMM building used the factor of building main safety Ie with the value is 1 (residence, the risk category II) the respons modification factor (R) is 5, the quality of the concrete is fc’ 30 MPa, and the steel reinforcement is BJTD 400 MPa and BJTP 240 MPa and the earthquake analysis is using the dinamic analysis. Beam structure designed dimension is 300/600 for each floor, while for column designed for the basement and 1st floor dimension is 700/700 mm, 2nd and 3rd floor dimension is 600/600 mm, 4th and 5th floor dimension is 500/500 mm and 6th and 7th floor dimension is 400/400 mm. Lower structure is designed using pile foundation with dimension each pile is 400/400 with 6000 mm length, poer dimension is 3000 mm x 3000 mm, 1300 mm width, and the depth of the foundation is 25000 mm.
