Parking lot in a multi-storey building often makes it difficult for parking users to find vacant parking locations. The problem also causes parking users always stuck in the parking location and had to roll back the vehicle to find another parking location. Many parking lot systems use doorstop, but no parking slot availability information yet. Several parking spaces have made various innovations by utilizing the existence of information technology. The information system in this study serves to display the availability of parking slot information to parking users. By designing a prototype for parking monitoring using LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) sensors and limit switch sensors as inputs, arduino uno as microcontroller / processor and interface for web-based monitoring and using counter system at the entrance and exit side to calculate the number of cars Is in the parking lot. The availability of this information system aims to inform the vehicle user about the availability of parking slots so that the user can decide whether to enter the parking lot or look for another parking building. The results achieved is a prototype information system availability of parking slots that can display information on a monitor screen. The information displayed on the monitor screen in the form of web containing the blank and empty parking space slots, available slots and the number of cars located in the parking lot. The website should be refreshed every second to display information.
