Abstract

Background: Bronchiectasis is an abnormal dilatation of the bronchus and is associated with epithelial changes. Describes the permanent dilation of the bronchi and bronchioles as a result of the destruction of muscles and elastic connective tissue. This disorder mostly begins with a narrowing of the bronchial tree induced by infection. Objective: To find out whether the nebulizer, infrared, effective cough, can reduce shortness of breath and chest pain Results: After 5 weeks of therapy, there was a decrease in chest pain in T1-T6 decrease in T4 and T5 which was previously 4 to 2.8 and the results were very good, but the increase in pain increased on T2 and T4 with a value of 3.5 to 4. There is a decrease in tightness where there is a decrease in T2 to T4 which previously has a value of 6 to 3 and an increase in thoracic expansion occurs in increasing thoracic circumference of the thorac cage during the first treatment until the 5 th therapy Conclusion: the implementation of nebulizer therapy can decrease shortness of breath Infra red can decrease chest pain effective cough can increase thorac exponency in case of bronkiektasis.
