Abstract

The National Energy Council (DEN) said the government must achieve the target of Renewable Energy (EBT) in 2025 targeted to reach 23 percent. This shows the need forelectrical energy is increasing. Human dependence on electrical energy is indisputable. Even lately could stickout electrical energy crisis in national and international media. And Indonesia should not complain about electric energy. Due to the availability of basic materials of basic power plants in Indonesia such as water, coal and wind. Especially water. Water can be used as a renewable energy source such as Microhydro Power Plant (PLMTh). Because topography in Indonesia is very possible to build PLTMh. Colo Dam in Nguter subdistrict, Sukoharjo one of them. Becausethe invisible eye hasthe amount of waterdebit and altitude difference adequate The author performs several methods. Because the direct water discharge dketahui through the source then the measurement directlyto the headnett by using google coordinates by finding the highest point and lowest point. And the water debit data of the Colo dam is found from a reliable source. From the results of theanalysis of Potential Electricity Potential Analysis on Colo Dam in Sukoharjo for Microhydro Power Plant, it was found that the average water discharge in 2016 53.5 m3/s, headnett6 meters will produce 2363,4 Kw. Theamount of electricity generated depends on the amount of water dischargein each month in 2016.
