Abstract
This research has purpose to analyze the influence of service quality (X) to student loyalty (Y) program of Delta University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta with student satisfaction (Z) as mediating variable. The population in this research is all students of Double Degree Program of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, while the sample in this research is some active students of Double DegreeUniveritas Muhammadiyah Surakarta program. The sampling technique used was convinience sampling by taking 130 respondents as sample. This study uses a tiered regression analysis / path analysis (Path Alalysis). The result of this research is on regression analysis I test result F equal to 12,593 and value R2 9%, while at regression analysis II result of F test equal to 32,414 and R2 value 32,4%. The result of t test on analysis I is X (3,549) have a significant effect. The result of t-test of regression analysis II X (2,004), Z (6,841) have a significant effect, while the result of t test with sobel test is obtained t value 3,128 which means service quality has indirect influence significantly to student loyalty.
