Abstract

Science and technology today has grown rapidly in various parts of the world. Design and development in the field of science and technology continues to be done so that in realizing it required a facility and infrastructure that could mengadai all forms of activities related to the implementation of the development process of science and technology. One of the emerging and widely studied sciences today is the science of astronomy. The rapid increase of information needs resulted in a container that can accommodate all these needs activities, so that the needs of the community can be met effectively and efficiently. This will be realized in a container of a planetarium building. Implementation of activities related to the observation of objects of space to form a concept of space that has its own characteristics in a planetarium. So the concept of space with learning materials has a linkage between one with the other. From here it is encouraging to know, observe and understand more deeply about how the process of formation and development associated with the design system of planetarium construction. By carrying a contemporary architecture themed buildings are expected to facilitate the implementation of activities in the field of astronomy that can support the progress in the field of education of space.
