Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the impact of financial condition and CEO turnover of corporate turnaround in manufacturing companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. This reseach used samples from is all companies manufacturing consumer and goods sector that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015 which consisted of 130 consisting of 26 company with five years observation periods. Technique of the sample collection uses the purposive sampling method. Were used in this research is logistic regression analysis. The result have used significant influence to shows asset retrenchment, expenses retrenchment and CEO turnover will not affect corporate turnaround that is evidenced by the significant value more than 0.05. While the severity, the size of the company, and free assets affect on corporate turnaround that is proven by the significant value less than 0.05.
