Abstract

Employee performance can be influenced by many factors, such as self-esteem and self efficacy. The object of this research is PT. Danliris Sukoharjo. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-esteem and self efficacy on employee performance in PT. Danliris Sikoharjo. The study population in this study are employees of PT. Danliris Sukoharjo. The samples in this study were 50 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Variable self esteem and self efficacy partially significant effect on employee performance. The independent variables consist of self esteem and self efficacy together (simultaneously) significantly influence employee performance variables. 30.3% variable employee performance can be explained by the self-esteem and self efficacy. Thus the company should have to pay attention to self-esteem and self-efficacy so that the employee's performance is getting better.
