Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: 1) the influence of the use of learning media to the learning difficulties of Banking Basics, 2) the influence of learning method to the learning difficulties of Banking Basics, 3) the influence of the use of learning media and the way of learning to learning difficulties Fundamentals of Banking. This research uses associative strongitative method. The population in this study is the students of class X Accounting skill program at SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta Academic Year 2016/2017 as many as 95 students. Sampling technique using Proportional Random Sampling is as much as 75 respondents. Required data obtained from documentation and questionnaires that have previously been tested by testing the validity and reliability test. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, R2 test, and relative donation and effective contribution. The conclusions that can be drawn from this research are: (1) The use of learning media has significant effect on learning difficulties of Banking Basics. This is proven based on regression analysis which get value -thount <-ttable is -2,247 <-1,993 with significance value 0,028 <0,05. (2) The way of learning has a significant effect on learning difficulties of Banking Basics. This is proven based on regression analysis that get value -thount <-ttable is -3,644 <-1,993 with significance value 0,001 <0,05. (3) The use of learning media and way of learning have a significant effect on learning difficulties of Banking Basics. This is proven based on regression analysis that get the value fhitung> ftable that is 30,832> 3,123 with significance value 0,000 <0,05. (4) Variable X1 gives relative contribution of 36% and effective contribution of 16,6%, variable X2 gives relative contribution equal to 64% and effective contribution equal to 29,5%. (5) Result of calculation R2 is 0,461% means 46,1% difficulties learning Basics of Banking is influenced by the use of learning media and way of learning, the rest 53,9% influenced by variable outside research
