Abstract

Rice seeds and bean seeds have the main content of hydrates, proteins, fats and minerals that can be utilized as the growth and development of F1 seeds of oyster mushrooms and straw mushrooms. The purpose of this research is to know the growth of mycelium of F1 seeds of oyster mushrooms and straw mushrooms which grow on rice seeds and bean seeds medium. This research uses experimental method research with Completely Randomized Design (RAL) of ctorial pattern which consists of 2 factors done in 2 repetitions. Factor 1: type of media: rice seeds (M1) and seeds of long beans (M2). Factor 2: types of seedlings f0: Seeds F0 of oyster mushroom (J1) and seeds F0 of straw mushroom (J2). The parameters being measured are speed, density, and thickness. The analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive data. Based on the results obtained on the growth of the mycelium of F1 mushroom and oyster mushroom, the faster growth is on the medium grain mushroom media that is 11.5 cm, the density is very thick, the thickness grows evenly, whereas on the medium bean, the growth is slower that is 5.6 Cm, thin density, and the thickness grows unevenly.
