Abstract

Background : Sectio Caesarea is a surgical method for chilbirth through incisions in the abdominal wall and uterus. This can lead to the emergence of Physiotherapy problems that are pain in former incision, decreased functional ability. In this condition Physiotherapy using exercise method in the form of breathing exercise, postnatal gymnastics, static contraction, kegel exercise. Purpose : to know benefits of treatment therapy using the method of therapy in the form of breathing exercise, postnatal gymnastic, static contraction , kegel exercise on post caesarean conditionof caesarea to decrease pain, increased muscle strength and increased functional. Results : after therapy 3 times there is a decrease of silent pain T0:4 to T3:3, tenderness T0:6 to T3:5, motion pain T0:7 to T3:6.
