Abstract

Sweet potato is one of the contents of fresh sweet potato extract in every 100 gram that contains 99-27 g carbohydrate, 0,27-22,5 mg vitamin B1, 0,24-0,4 mg vitamin C and 4-8 g protein, So it can be a source of nutrients for the growth of mushrooms mycelium. This study aims to determine the diameter and color of oyster mushrooms mycelium and straw mushrooms. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive with experimental research design. The research design used was Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with factorial design consisting of two factors: F1: white-sweet potato concentration 85%, 90%, and 95%, and F2: oyster mushrooms and straw mushrooms. Data analysis techniques used quantitative descriptive. Based on the results of the research, the average of growth speed of oyster mushroom and oyster mushroom mushroom on M1J1 treatment is 3.3 cm, M2J1 is 2.9 cm, M3J1 is 3.2 cm, M1J2 is 4.5 cm, M2J2 is 4, 5 cm, and on M3J2 is 4.5 cm. The results of study explained that the oyster mushrooms mycelium F0 seed and straw mushrooms can grow at 95% concentration of white sweet potato media, but the media taro tubers 95% of the nicest on straw mushrooms mycelium.
