Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) The role of the homeroom teacher as the executor of BK in instilling the character of discipline and honest in high school students SDN 2 Kadipiro. 2) Factors that affect discipline and honesty in SDN 2 Kadipiro. 3) Efforts of homeroom teachers as implementing BK in instilling discipline and honest character in high school students in SDN 2 Kadipiro. This research type is qualitative research with case study research design. Informants of this research are principal, homeroom teacher, parents / guardians, and high-class students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Analytical techniques include data reduction, data presentation, verification and inference. The validity of this research data using source and method triangulation. The result of the research shows that 1) The role of the homeroom teacher as the implementer of counseling guidance in instilling discipline and honest character in the students are: to educate, direct, guide and guide the students to always apply discipline and honesty, motivate, as facilitator and provide services to all student problems. 2) Factors that affect discipline and honesty: factors that affect the discipline: innate factors, interest factors, factors of thought patterns, example or exemplary factors, factors of advice, environmental factors, and factors of group influence. Factors that influence the truth: innate factors, environmental factors, factors of group influence, and exercise factors. 3) Attempts to instill discipline and honest character: by habituation, example or exemplary, supervision or control, honesty canteen.
