Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) to determine whether the variable of innovation and the courage to take risks have an effect on employees' kinera. (2) to find out whether the attention variable on the detail matters affect the employee's performance. (3) to determine whether the result orientation variable has an effect on employee performance. (4) to know whether the variable of person orientation affect to employee performance. (5) to determine whether team orientation variables affect employee performance. (6) to determine whether aggressiveness affects employee performance. (7) to determine whether stability affects employee performance. (9) the most dominant variable mempegaruhi performance of employees of PT. Wirasindo Santakarta Gawok Sukoharjo. This study uses analytical method: (1) validity and reliability test, (2) classical assumption test ie normality test, (3) multicolinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, (3) hypothesis test that is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, And T test. Population in this research there are 62 employees of PT. Wirasindo santakarya, this research uses purposive sampling method so that the sample of 41 employees. Based on the research note that organizational culture calculation results obtained value F_hitung = 118.375 and F_table = 2.032 supported sig = 0,000. By comparing the value of F_hitung> F_tabel and sig <α (118,375> 2.032 and = 0.000 <0.05), it means that organizational culture variable influence to employee performance, while the most dominant variable affect employee performance is stability.
