Abstract

The reserch ain’s description: (1) The cognitive aspect affecting the difficulties do the problems semester exam accounting cost control, (2) Independence of learning affect the difficulties do the problems semester exam accounting cost control, (3) Aspects of cognitive and learning independence hamper trouble doing exam semester of accounting Cost control. This is a qualitative reserch and survey design. The population in this study is the student of UniversitasMuhammadiyah Surakarta 2014/2015, amounting to 174 students with a sample of 114 students were taken by proportional random sampling lottery. Data collection techniques used questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, effective connection and relative connection. The results of this study are: 1) there is significant influence between hard work on aspects of cognitive exam based on test t obtained from the value of -4.207> -1.9815 with significance probability value <0.05, namely 0.000 and efekktif contribution by 14% . 2) there is significant influence between hard work toward independence exam study based on test t value of -3.950> - 1.98157 with a significant probability value <0.05, namely 0.000 and effective contribution by 13%. 3) There is significant relationship between cognitive and learning independence against trouble doing exam based on test F known F_hitung>F_tabelie 12.290> 3.08 and a significance probability value <0.05 is 0.000 with a coefficient of determination ( ) $ 28 % While the rest is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
