Abstract

This research entitled “Panel Data Analysis of Influence of Investment, IPM, Labor Force, UMR, and Inflation Against GRDP As Karisedenan Surakarta Year 2011-2015”. This study aims to analyze and know how much influence Investment, IPM, Labor Force, UMR and Inflation to GRDP in Surakarta Residency in 2011-2015. The analysis tool uses panel data regression. The Data Panel is a composite of cross-sections covering seven districts and cities in the Surakarta Residency and time series for five years - 35 observations. The results show that Fixed Effect Method (FEM) is the best panel data regression model. Based on the results of the analysis found that Investment has no significant effect on GRDP. While Inflation has positive and significant effect to PDRB. While the HDI has a positive and significant impact on GRDP. While Labor has a positive and significant impact on GRDP. Similarly, UMR has a positive and significant effect on GRDP. For that the government is expected to increase investment in each region in order to increase the GRDP in Surakarta Residency itself.
