Abstract

This research aims to understand 1) the implementation of supervision head school of public school 01 tempuran, 2) to optimize the use of professional competency teachers in public school 01 tempuran. The kind of research the qualitative study with the design descriptive .Informants research is a head of school and teachers .Data collection techniques by interviews, observation and documentation. Data analyzed technique through interctive. An examination technique the validity of the data with triangulation techniques method and a source of. The results of research the implementation of supervision: a) creates an atmosphere of supervision with shake hands, b) determines the focus observation with sharing and class visits, c) a technique supervision groups and individual technique, d) not disrupt the process of learning fit condition class, e) records and record with mencatatat the result of the observation, f) cover the the purpose of learning with a private conversation, g ) concluded based on the outcome of the visit the class. Optimize professional competency teachers: a) teachers mapping basic competence, b) teachers create a plan learning in accordance syllabus, c) develop of materials with the learning and browsing, d) strengthening learning with feedback and homework, e) teachers evaluate yourself and companion. f) teachers writing on journal learning, g) research the act of class to know problems in the classroom and up level, h) develop the work of innovative with images and media from second-hand, i) attend, j) the training in operate leptop.
