Abstract

Pengelolaan Latihan Kepemimpinan Pada Diklat Calon Kepala Sekolah di Lembaga Pengembangan Pemberdayaan Kepala Sekolah (LPPKS). Sekolah Pascasarjana. Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. 2017. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan (1) perencanaan program latihan kepemimpinan pada diklat calon kepala sekolah di LPPKS Indonesia pada tahun 2016. (2) pelaksanaan program latihan kepemimpinan pada diklat calon kepala sekolah di LPPKS Indonesia pada tahun 2016. (3) evaluasi program latihan kepemimpinan pada diklat calon kepala sekolah Di LPPKS Indonesia pada tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Hotel Agusta Kabupaten Garut pada Diklat Calon Kepala Sekolah. Analisis data dengan menggunakan tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan simpulan dengan verifikasinya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan program latihan kepemimpinan pada diklat calon kepala sekolah di LPPKS Karanganyar disusun dalam bentuk buku panduan kegitan sebagai kurikulum diklat. Struktur kurikulum meliputi Service Learning 1, On-the Job Learning, dan In-Service Learning, dilengkapi dengan silabus, rencana pembelajaran, bahan kebutuhan latihan. Setiap kurikulum telah ditetapkan kelompok mata diklat, dan jumlah jam masing-masing disertai dengan deskripsi kurikulum disusun untuk menunjang pelaksanaan latihan kepemimpinan pada diklat calon kepala sekolah di LPPKS (2) Sebelum pelaksanaan program, beberapa hal yang dipersiapkan oleh team fasilitator diantaranya: Pembagian tugas team, persiapan alat, menyeleksi peralatan, menyusun jadwal kegiatan, dan menentukan lokasi untuk kegiatan kelompok, workshop penyusunan, dan TOT Master Trainer sebagai nara sumber/fasilitator. Pelaksanaan dengan narasumber dan fasilitator yang ditugaskan oleh kepala LPPKS, dengan materi kepemimpinan spiritual, kepemimpinan pembelajaran, kepemimpinan kewirausahaan dan dinamika kelompok. Untuk menunjang pelaksanaan program latihan kepemimpinan alat yang digunakan disesuaikan dengan kondisi lingkungan dengan menggunakan pendekatan masalah-masalah praktis, dilaksanakan di dalam kelas maupun di luar kelas. (3) Evaluasi program latihan kepemimpinan berupa pre test dan post test, dilaksanakan sebelum pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran dan sesudah pembelajaran, melalui tes pengetahuan, pengamatan sikap dan ketrampilan. Keberhasilan peserta ditentukan berdasarkan aspek kehadiran dan penugasan. Kata Kunci: pengelolaan, diklat, kepemimpinan, kepala sekolah. The purpose of this research is to describe (1) planning of leadership training program on the training of prospective principal in LPPKS Indonesia in 2016. (2) implementation of leadership training program at the training of candidate principal in LPPKS Indonesia in 2016. (3) Leadership on the training of prospective principals In LPPKS Indonesia in 2016. This type of research is qualitative research. The research was conducted at Hotel Agusta of Garut Regency at Head of Principal Candidate Training. Data analysis using three stages is data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusion with verification. The results of this study indicate that (1) Planning of leadership training programs on the training of prospective principals in LPPKS Karanganyar arranged in the form of guidebook activities as training curriculum. The curriculum structure includes Service Learning 1, On-the Job Learning, and In-Service Learning, equipped with syllabus, lesson plans, training materials. Each curriculum has been set by the education training group, and the number of hours each with the curriculum description is arranged to support the implementation of leadership training on the training of the principal candidate in LPPKS. (2) Prior to the program implementation, several things prepared by the facilitator team include: Preparation of tools, selecting equipment, scheduling activities, and determining locations for group activities, drafting workshops, and TOT Master Trainers as resource persons/ facilitators. Implementation with resource persons and facilitators assigned by LPPKS heads, with spiritual leadership materials, leadership leadership, entrepreneurial leadership and group dynamics. To support the implementation of a leadership training program, the tools used are adapted to environmental conditions by using practical problems approach, implemented in the classroom or outside the classroom. (3) Evaluation of leadership training program in the form of pre test and post test, conducted before learning, learning process and after learning, through knowledge test, attitude and skill observation. The success of the participants is determined by aspects of attendance and assignment. Keywords: Management, training, leadership, headmaster.
