Abstract
The study included three objectives. (1) Identifying the commissive speech acts of Jakarta governor candidates in the 2017 election campaign. (2) Identifying the comic action committee's strategy in the 2017 election campaign.(3) Identifying the implications of candidate commission Governor of DKI Jakarta in speech learning. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Techniques of collecting data using referent and record. Analysis of the data using the technique of padan. The results of the study were three things, (1) commissive speech acts found four kinds, (a) commissive intend 9 speech, promised 10 speeches, offered 2 speeches, and threatened 2 speeches. (2) The strategy of commissive speech acts consists of direct and indirect comic action speech acts. Direct commissive speech acts strategy includes (a) intending news mode 2 speech, (b) promising 11 news mode speech, (c) offering news mode7 speech, and threatening news mode 1 speech. The strategy of indirect commissive includes (a) intends to command 2 news mode speech. (b) Intends news mode command 2 speech. (c) Promises 4 news mode command prompt. (d) Promises news mode 2 command speech. (e) Offers News mode command 1 speech. The implication of commissive speech acts in speech learning in junior high school which is connected with KD 12.2 class IX semester 2.
