Abstract

This study aims to 1. determine the relationship of pedagogical competence in authentic assessment, 2. to determine the competence of personalities in authentic assessment, and 3. to determine the pedagogical competence and personal competence in authentic assessment in the District Education Unit Laweyan. This research uses kuantitafif research and research design expo de facto. The population in this study is an elementary school teacher in the District Unit Laweyan with a sample of 15 teachers. Data collection instruments in the form of a questionnaire consisting of 75 items.This research instruments tested to 15 teachers.Test the validity of the instruments used is the Pearson product moment correlation and reliability test instrument using Cronbach Alpha formula. The results showed: 1) significantly influence the pedagogical competence of authentic assessment and the results of 15,000 with a significance of 0.00.2) The personality competence significantly influence the authentic assessment and the results of 15,000 with a significance of 0.00.3) pedagogical competence and personal competence together have a relationship with significantly authentic assessment of evidence obtained yield was 26 533 with the value (sig) of 0.000.
