Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Describe the implementation of Internship Program FKIP UMS by students PGSD UMS 2013 in Elementary School partners. 2) Describe the students perceptions PGSD UMS 2013 regarding the implementation of the Internship Program FKIP UMS. 3) Reveal the obstacles encountered and solutions undertaken by students PGSD UMS 2013 while conducting Internship Program. 4) Disclose the follow-up which is expected to improve FKIP UMS Internship Program. The research is a qualitative research, with a descriptive design, and phenomenology. The informants are students PGSD UMS 2013, Supervisor Internship and Master Tutors. The results of this research are: 1) Implementation of Student Internship Program PGSD UMS 2013 has been in accordance with the guidelines with the manual. 2) Perception of students on the implementation of the new apprenticeships although first implemented, but has been success by purpose. 3) Barriers happens generally is in communication students and tutors and the ability of the student attends school culture especially classroom management, but if they has a problem, students has been considered readily overcome. 4) Follow-up on the implementation Apprenticeships expect there's always improvement and evaluation of such improvements more effective, deepening understanding of the responsibilities of each part involved in the internship program as well as related implementation time Internship Program to be more studied.
