Abstract

Over the development time in Indonesia, many developing innovations and unique ideas that have sprung up in the construction field, especially in reinforced concrete. As we know that the process of reinforced concrete is hard enough when compared with ordinary concrete. One of these meetings reinforcement distance sometimes raises concerns about pouring / casting concrete. Currently self-compacting concrete concret (SCC) is the right solution in addressing the such as it is concrete capable of flowing in with its own weight, able to meet begesting with maximal density without help viberator. In contrast to the usual concrete, concrete Self Compacting Concrete need added material which is quite expensive. It is therefore in need of added material innovations that are economical to realize concrete Self Compacting Concrete cheap. In this study will be used waste molasses which is derived from the remainder of the manufacture of sugar crystallization as an innovative ingredient added. Trial mix was conducted to determine the composition of variations to meet the requirements of filling ability, passing ability, flow ability and segregation of fresh concrete conditions at the time. Filling ability testing using slumflow, pasing ability to use L-box while the flow ability to use the V-funnel. Variations addition of molasses (molasses) by weight of cement is 0%, 0,15%, 0,25%, 0,35% and 0,45%. Each composition will be provided in the form superplasticizer visconcrete 10 as much as 1% by weight of cement. On the conditions will be in practice to test compressive strength, tensile strength sides and water uptake at 28 days. Results showed the optimal flow slump molasses variation of 0,25% and 0,35% is 730mm. L-box test results passingability value on the variation of 0.25% while testing the V-funnel variation of 0,25% with a fastest time of 12 seconds. Of compressive strength testing concluded from a variety obtained 39,3Mpa on the variation of 0,25%. For a split tensile strength at 3.9 MPa can be the optimum value on the variation of 0,15%, while 1,18% optimum absorption testing on variations of 0,25%.
