Abstract

Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) is a cash assistance until graduating senior high school with school children aged 6-21 years. KIP beneficiaries are recipients of Family Welfare Card (KKS) or are listed as participants in the Family Hope Program (PKH) coming from poor families. KIP distribution is often not on targeted. This is because the calculation KIP recipients still using a manual system and not computerized. Manual calculations become even more ineffective for staff in charge of the data enumeration problems of society. The community calculation data through a unified database updates are still a collection of forms that need to be processed by a definite system and without any subjective elements. In order to facilitate the work and avoid miscalculation of data with the old system, he built a decision support system that can help make decisions KIP receiver quickly and more accurately by using Simple Additive weighting method (SAW). This decision support system is expected to help facilitate in choosing the people who deserve KIP.
