Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation, organizational culture, and leadership style on employee performance in Perum Perhutani KPH Saradan in Madiun. Data collected through questionnaires and conducted on 55 employees at Perum Perhutani KPH Saradan in Madiun. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Methods of data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression to test and prove the hypothesis of the study, t-test, F, coefficient determination test and classical assumption. The results showed that the compensation negatively affect employee performance. Work motivation karyaan positive effect on performance. Organizational culture positive influence on employee performance and leadership style has positive influence on employee performance.
