Abstract

Perbandingan kekuatan konstruksi difokuskan terhadap kekuatan pada pondasi bored pile dengan pondasi tiang pancang dan perbandingan biaya difokuskan terhadap biaya konstruksi pondasi bored pile dengan biaya pondasi tiang pancang. Metode penelitian di bagi menjadi 6 tahap, tahap pertama yaitu pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder, tahap dua pengolahan data, tahap tiga pembahasan, tahap empat analisis dan lima kesimpulan. Hasil analisis dari segi kekuatan pada pondasi bored pile diameter 60 cm dengan K300 untuk satu tiang dapat menahan beban sebesar 126 ton sedangkan pada pondasi tiang pancang diameter 50 cm untuk satu tiang pancang mampu menahan beban sebesar 109,9 ton, dan tiang pancang diameter 40 cm untuk satu tiang pancang mampu menahan beban sebesar 76,19 ton. Dari segi biaya total biaya pelaksanaan pondasi bored pile sebesar Rp1,817,235,300.00 dan total biaya pelaksanaan tiang pancang sebesar Rp1,787,543,700.00 selisih biaya pelaksanaan bored pile dengan tiang pancang sebesarr Rp29,691,600.00. Perbedaan yang mendasar dari segi kekuatan salah satunya yaitu jika pada pondasi bored pile dengan diameter lebih besar kekuatan yang dihasilkan lebih kuat dibandingkan dengan diameter kecil. Comparison of strength against strength construction focused on bored pile foundation with pile foundation and the cost comparison is focused on the cost of bored pile foundation construction at a cost of pile foundation. The research method is divided into six stages, the first stage of data collection of primary and secondary data, data processing phase two, phase three study, four stages of analysis and five conclusions. The results of the analysis in terms of strength on bored pile foundation with a diameter of 60 cm K300 to one pole can with stand a load of 126 tons, meanwhile the pile foundation for a 50 cm diameter piles can support the weight of 109.9 tons, and piles diameter 40 cm for one pile can support the weight of 76.19 tons. In terms of the total cost of implementation costs amounted Rp1,817,235,300.00 bored pile foundation and the total cost of implementing the stake of Rp1,787,543,700.00 difference in the cost of implementation bored pile by pile is Rp29,691,600.00. The fundamental difference in terms of the strength of one of them that if the bored pile foundation with a diameter greater forces generated more powerful than the small diameter.
