Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pengelolaan pendidikan nilai-nilai moral berbasis keteladanan (2) Mengetahui peranan guru (3) Mengetahui hambatan dalam pengelolaan pendidikan nilai-nilai moral berbasis keteladanan pada anak di SMP Negeri 4 Klaten Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Metode pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dan snow ball sampling. Hasil penelitian, (1) Sebelum proses pembelajaran, guru menyusun rencana untuk menyisipkan nilai-nilai moral yang bisa diteladani siswa. RPP memuat nilai-nilai moral dalam sikap dan perilaku pengajar agar menjadi contoh positif dan produktif untuk menciptakan keteladanan. (2) Peranan guru terlihat dari sikap, ucapan dan perbuatan yang santun. Dalam berkomunikasi, kerjasama dan koordinasi, guru dan kepala sekolah berusaha saling mengingatkan dengan ucapan yang santun dan sopan. Dari sisi perbuatan, guru dan kepala sekolah selalu membiasakan perbuatan yang mencerminkan penerapan nilai-nilai moral positif seperti kebersamaan, kekeluargaan, disiplin tinggi dalam menaati peraturan dan budaya berprestasi yang selalu terjaga dan terpelihara. (3) Hambatan antara lain belum semua siswa disiplin, tidak semua guru datang pagi menyambut siswa, guru masih ada yang merokok di sekolah, kemajuan teknologi dan latar belakang siswa yang beragam. Kata kunci: keteladanan, moral, pengelolaan This study aims to: (1) Determine the management of moral values education based on the modeling children (2) Determine the role of teachers (3) determine problem of the management of moral values education based on the modeling for children in SMP Negeri 4 Klaten The study employed the qualitative approach with a case study design. Sampling method are purposive dan snow ball sampling. The results, (1) teacher would to plan to insert attitudes values of positive moral. RPP include moral values in the attitude and behavior of the teacher to be an example of positive and productive to create exemplary with quality education and quality. (2) modeling morality of teachers is good attitude and habit. The greeting role as teachers of communication in which awake and polite speech will undoubtedly. In communication, cooperation and coordination, done everything possible to remind each other with polite words and polite, conditions are relatively regular school. In terms of action by a habit acts reflect the application of positive moral values such as solidarity, brotherhood, discipline in following the rules and culture of achievement is always maintained and preserved. (3) The obstacles were some students are indiscipline, the teacher is smoke and information technology. Keywords :, modeling, moral, management
