Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah: (1) Mendeskripsikan perencanaan organisasi topologi dan desain laboratorium TKJ SMKN1 Sawit Boyolali.(2) Mendeskripsikan pengelolaan kegiatan operasional dan pemeliharaan laboratoriumTKJ SMKN 1 Sawit Boyolali.(3) Mendeskripsikan pengembangan laboratorium TKJ SMKN1 Sawit Boyolali. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif, penelitian pada SMKN1 Sawit Boyolali Jawa Tengah yang merupakan SMK rujukan tahun 2016. Informan kunci adalah kepala sekolah, informan pendukung wakil kepala sekolah, ketua kompetensi, kepala laboratorium, toolman, guru produktif, peserta didik, komite sekolah dan pihak yang terkait sumber data penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakuan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Keabsahan data dengan triangulasi dan review informan kunci, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, data display dan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan bisa disimpulkan bahwa organisasi laboratorium dikelompokkan menjadi tiga bagian yaitu laboratorium Hardware& perakitan, lab LAN dan labWAN, perencanaan organisasi melibatkan stake holder dari kepala sekolah sampai toolman, guru dan peserta didik sesuai dengan peran dan fungsinya.Topologi Jaringan yang digunakan adalah topologi STAR sedangkan desainlaboratorium menggunakan model alternatif yaitu model “U” sehingga aktifitas guru dalam melakukan pembelajaran akan lebih luas dan fleksibel. Pengelolaan kegiatan operasional laboratorium menyangkut sarana laboratorium, dana operasional bersumber dari dana komite sekolah atau BOS melalui RKAS. SDM dikelola oleh kepala sekolah sebagai top seperti guru, kepala laboratorium dantoolman. Jadwal laboratorium perlu di buat dengan baik, Peserta didik dikelola, oleh guru Produktif dengan dibuatnya tata tertib. Pembagian tugas dipimpinan kepala sekolah, Kepala laboratorium bertugas mengadministrasikan laboratorium juga membuat tata tertib dan peraturan.Untuk pemeliharaan laboratorium, dana diambil dari RKAS dan komite sekolah, petugasnya adalah toolman dan bagian maintenance, guru juga bisa membantu dalam perawatan computermeliputi berbagai hal mulai dari pembelian alat praktik atau komponen untuk menggantikkan yang sudah rusak, (tool set) untuk perawatan perangkat komputer dan jaringan dan perawatan kebersihan pemeliharaan rutin seperti menghilangkan Virus dan defrag pada hardisk dilakukan 1 bulan sekali oleh toolman atau guru yang sedang mengajar. Pengembangan laboratorium diprioritaskan untuk memenuhi standar laboratorium dengan menambah jumlah peralatan sehingga memenuhi alat rasio 1:1, topologi dikembangkan dengan dengan model jaringan point to multipoin, laboratorium sebagai ICT Center, E-Learningyang bisa di akses menggunakan HP androidoleh semua peserta didik, sebagai kegiatan ekstra dan sebagai unit produksi service center komputer sehingga laboratorium bisa menghasilkan income untuk pengembangan sekolah terkhusus untuk pengembangan laboratorium Teknik Komputer Jaringan itu sendiri dan sebagai upaya melatih kewirausahaan peserta didik. Kata kunci : pengelolaan, pengembangan, laboratorium teknik komputer jaringan The purpose of this study are to :(1) Describe the organizational laboratory TKJ of planning and design topology in SMKN1 Sawit Boyolali.(2) Describe the management laboratory TKJ operations and maintenance in SMKN1 Sawit Boyolali.(3)Describe to development of laboratory TKJ in SMKN1 Sawit Boyolali. This type of research is qualitative research on the SMKN1 Sawit Boyolali in Central Java which is a referral SMK 2016. The key informant was the principal, vice principal supporter informant, chairman of competence, head of the laboratory, toolman, productive teachers, students, school committees and parties Related sources of research data. The data collection was done by interview, observation and documentation. The validity of the data by triangulation and review of key informants, while data analysis using data reduction, display the data and conclusions. Based on the results of research and discussion can be concluded that the organization of the laboratory are grouped into three sections: Hardware & assembly lab, lab LAN and labWAN, organizational planning involving stakeholders from the principal to toolman, teachers and learners in accordance with the roles and networks used fungsinya.Topologi STAR topology design is whereas the laboratory using an alternative model is a model "U" so that teachers in the learning activities will be more comprehensive and flexible. The management of operational activities concerning laboratory laboratory facilities, operating funds come from the school committee or the BOS funds through RKAS. Human Resources is managed by the principal as the top such as a teacher, head of the laboratory and toolman. Laboratory schedule needs to be made well, Learners managed, by teachers Productive with the making of the order. The division of tasks dipimpinan principal, head of the laboratory in charge of administering the laboratory also makes rules and peraturan.Untuk laboratory maintenance, funds taken from RKAS and school committees, officers are toolman and maintenance section, the teacher can also help in computer maintenance includes everything from purchase practice tools or components for menggantikkan already damaged, (tool set) for computing devices and network maintenance and hygiene routine maintenance such as removing viruses and defrag the hard drive was performed 1 month by toolman or teachers who are teaching. Laboratory development priority is to meet laboratory standards by increasing the amount of equipment that meets the tools ratio of 1: 1, topology developed by the network model point to multipoint, laboratories as ICT Center, E-Learning can be accessed using Hand Phone android by all learners, as extra activities and as a unit of production service center computer so that the laboratory can generate income for the school development particularly in view of the development laboratory computer Networking engginering itself and as an effort to entreprenership learners.
