Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of partially willing simultaneous factors that affect the performance of the performance of human resources aranganyar Islamic Bank. This research is quantitative and the sampling using questionnaires as data collection. This analysis using SPSS software as a tool of analysis. The sample used in this study were 53 respondents. The test used is a test of validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, f, and the coefficient determinant. The results show that in partial compensation and motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. While in the variable application of Islam not significant effect partially on employee performance. At f test results showed that simultaneous variable application of Islam, compensation and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Rsquare adjusted value in this study amounted to 0.744 means that 74.4% variable employee performance can be explained by the independent variable (the application of Islamic principles, compensation, and motivation). While the rest of 25.6% is explained by other factors that are not included in this study.
