Abstract

The background of this research is begining from threat trough alteration of soybean price because Indonesian Currency was lower than American Dollar currency. UKM have the difficulty to competiting and to adapting, then create the confusing of making decision. The purpose of this research is to describe the dynamic of making decisoin on Tofu Craftsman. This research is case study perspective using interview process, observation and documentation. The result showed that UKM built management and self development, trough role equevalent and internal and external function of role. This model will be manifestation in hard work attitude, dicipline, honest and innovation. Than would be developed in five models dicision making (1) Survivel instinct, (2) Intuition, (3) Collective agreement, (4) self-experience, (5) Spontanious Thinking. Dicision making models is unstructure and nor decided by individual, but supported by environment, social roles as consumer respond at market, and Tofu Craftsmans respond. This case motivate any prospect dicission making model perceiving alteration and develop to better situation. The informant dominant choose dicision making model based on experience and Collective agreement as strategy for built their UKM to anttend every prince changes situation.
