Abstract

Teacher certification allowance is one form of appreciation for the professionalism to realize the mandate of the Teachers and Lecturers’s Law, among others improving the quality of learning, promoting the teaching profession, improving teacher competence, raised the dignity of teachers, and education services. This allowance is not given freely to the teacher concerned, but it is based on the requirements and criteria that have been determined. But the reality in the disbursement of the allowance are still many teachers who complain because of frequent delays. Base on the previous problem we design and create web-based decision support system to determine acceptance teacher certification allowance based on criteria that have been determined by Weighted Product’s method. The results of the application system is the list of teachers who are going to receive allowances based on the ranking of the calculation Weighted Product’s method.
