Abstract

The purpose of this study, there are three. (1) Describe the form of personal pronouns in economic discourse in the daily Kompas January 2016. (2) Describe the form of the use of personal pronouns in economic discourse in the daily Kompas January 2016. (3) Describe the use of personal pronouns as teaching materials in vocational Indonesian. Methods of data collection in this study refer to the documentation method with engineering and technical notes. Analiss method of data used in this research methods and unified referential intralingual match. There are 3 results of this study. (1) The use of personal pronouns in the form of economic discourse in the Kompas daily in the form of the first person singular and plural and third person singular and plural. Second person singular pronoun is not identified in the economic discourse in Kompas. It is caused by the second-person pronoun used to replace people talk. (2) the form of the use of personal pronouns in the Kompas daily economic discourse in the form of first person singular pronouns include the pronoun I and we . My pronouns used to replace themselves speakers and for people who are respected. The pronoun we have two variations of a reference in its use, (1) represent anyone other than themselves, (2) representing the position and authority. Third person singular pronoun covers he, he, he, and his, while the third person plural form of them. (3) The results of the use of the personal pronoun can be an example and a source of learning materials to assist students in understanding Indonesian subjects in vocational adjusted Competency Standards (SK), Basic Competency (KD), and indicators.
