Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of training on employee performance of the employees of PT. PLN Unit Salatiga using the researched variable, such as training development, education, policy organization as well as employees motivation.Object of the research are the employees of PT. PLN Unit Service Salatiga - Central Java. The sample is determined by using convenience sampling method, with 64 respondents. The tecnique used for data collection is questionnaire (questionnaire). The method use for data analysis is multiple linear analysis method. It can be concluded that the training on the employee using variable such as the training development, education, policy organization and motivation of employees have significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. PLN Unit Service Salatiga-Central Java.The training development variable have significant influence on employee performance, while the education variable does not have a significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, Policy organization variable does not have significant influence on employee performance as well as employee motivation which also does not have significant effect on employee performance.
