Abstract

Based on data obtained from RSU Assalam Gemolong there are 141 (22,3%) deliveries with sectio caesarea. Sectio caesarea is an artificial surgery or childbirth where the fetus is delivered through an incision in the abdominal wall and uterus with the terms of the uterus intact and fetal weight above 500 grams. Mothers who experience labor sectio caesarea will take longer to be able to do the activity as compared to that experienced normal birth process. This is due to the pain stitches post sectio caesarea is causing the patient's activity disturbed and uncomfortable. Early mobilization is one way to increase the activity of self-mother post sectio caesarea. This study aims to improve the independent activity of the mother post sectio caesarea. This observation used the interview method, observation, and data-base. Assessment of client data that is obtained Ny. P with nursing diagnoses activity intolerance related to physical weakness. Interventions that examine the patient's response to the activity. Assess the mother's ability to perform ambulation and self-care activities. Instruct the patient to rest. Assist in the fulfillment of daily activities - day. Instruct the patient to resume activity gradually. Implementation of nursing by the author in accordance with the interventions that have been made previously. Implementation is done for 3 days, on dated March 31, 2016 until April 2, 2016. The authors conclude that the problem is resolved in part because it has not achieved the desired outcomes. So that the intervention was continued, and after the patient finished from hospitalized is restricted to lift weight goods and keep practicing at home in performing daily activities with tolerance.
