Abstract
Learning in school the teacher has the main task in determining the success of a lesson. The purpose of this study are: to improve being active learn education citizenship through a strategy Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) on the students of class IV SDN Wonokerso 02. Kind of research is research action class with the design of the research consisting of four stages is planning, the implementation, observations, and reflection. Subject this research is teacher and studentsof class IV SDN Wonokerso 02 that amounts to 22 students. The techniques collecting data done with observations, the interview, and the documentation. Data anaalysis technique used in this study is analysis interactive covering: the reduction of the data, display/the presentation of the data, and took the conclusion then of verification. The results of tesearch showing with the implementation of a strategyStudent Team Achievement Division (STAD) can increase being active learn education citizenship on the students of class IV SDN Wonokerso 02 2015/2016 academic year. An increase in being active learn from pre-cycle of 16%, I encounter of 23%, cycle I meeting II of 50%, II meeting I of 74%, then cycle II meeting II of 80%. Always be an increase in each of the meeting on each cycle. In an II meeting II has reached the indicator being active learning and don’t have to proceed next cycle.
