Abstract

Childern at the age of 0 to 6 years which is very important as well be years of cartilage in the growth and development of children, these years is important because in this period is the period in which children find an identity and character of children in the future will be formed and become prone years because in this period when the child grows up in the wrong environment will impact until she was an adult. The child will grow and develop in imitation of life in the neighborhood. But the people around the child actually thinks child is still small and do not understand anything that they do not keep their attitudes, it resulted in children who have lost a figure who should have them to imitate and can be a good example in a period of growth and development of children. Research this aims to obtain data on the application of exemplary teachers in TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Ganten in shaping the character of the students in the kindergarten. In the preparation of this paper takes two data. First, the theoretical data is obtained from a number of books dealing with the problems examined. Both, the empirical data obtained through jump directly to the object of research by using observation, interview and documentation. From the research we concluded that in TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Ganten exemplary teachers have already implemented properly and children can apply these ideals to himself.
