Abstract

The purpose of this study is: To determine 1) Influence PersepsiGuru On Managerial Pattern Principal Performance Against Teachers, 2) Effect on Performance Master Teacher Motivation, 3) Teacher Perceptions Influence On Managerial Patterns and Motivation Guruterhadap Principal Teacher Performance. This research is explanatory research with research type deskriptif.Tehnik data collection using the questionnaire. This research was conducted at the Junior High School 1 Kebakkramat and Junior High School 2 Kebakkramat in September with a population of 142. Before the instrument is used, first conducted trials (Try Out) Instruments. Instruments in tested to teachers who are on the outside of the sample population. Sample taken by Isaac and Michael table with a level of 95% which is a number of 105 respondents using the technique. Before testing the hypothesis first tested the prerequisite analysis. It is concluded that 1) Teacher Perceptions About Pattern Managerial Principal positive effect on teacher performance. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis obtained t> t table, namely 3,984> 1,984 and significant value of <0.05 is 0.000 with the relative contribution of 35.4344% and the effective contribution of 11.7288%, 2) Motivation Guru Guru positive effect on performance. It is based upon a multiple linear regression analysis obtained t> t table is 5.512> 1984 and significant value of <0.05 is 0.000 with the relative contribution of 64.4253% and the effective contribution of 21.3248%, 3) PersepsiGuru About Pattern Managerial Principal and Motivational Teacher positive effect on performance Teacher. This was proved by F count = 25.192> F table = 3.07 and significant value of <0.05 is 0.000. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) was obtained for 0331 means the influence exerted by a combination of variables Teacher Perceptions About Pattern Managerial Principal and Teacher Motivation Teacher Performance Against amounted to 33.1% while the remaining 66.9% is influenced by variables that are not investigated.
