Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yang dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta . Untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) Pemberdayaan dalam menyediakan barang dagangan Unit Produksi Program Keahlian Pemasaran Toko di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta 2) Pemberdayaan dalam pendistribusian barang dagangan unit poduksi program keahlian pemasaran di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta. 3) Pemberdayaan pelaporan hasil penjualan barang dagangan unit poduksi program keahlian pemasaran Toko di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Surakarta Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan Trianggulasi data, sumber dan metode . Data dianalisis secara interaktif dan berlangsung secara terus menerus sampai tuntas, sehingga datanya jenuh. Hasil dari penelitian ini aadalah 1) Pemberdayaan dalam penyediaan barang dagangan pada unit produksi toko di SMK dapat dilakukan dengan: Unit produksi toko mendapatkan barang dagangan dari sales, pembelian ke toko grosir, serta melakukan kongsinyasi. Adanya keterlibatan semua pihak demi kemajuan toko unit produksi. Mengadakan pengecekan terhadap barang barang yang sudah dibeli. Mengatur distribusi barang dengan tepat dan benar agar kualitas tetap terjaga. Serta adanya prosedur persediaan barang dagangan dapat dikatakan efektif apabila di dalamnya terdapat unsur-unsur pengelolaan persediaan barang dagangan. 2) Bentuk upaya nyata dalam pemberdayaan pendistribusian barang dapat dilakukan dengan: Mengotimalkan SDM dan Sarana prasarana yang ada, Medesain struktur organisasi, Menerapkan sistem jemput bola, serta Program penjualan Door to door. 3) Pemberdayaan pelaporan hasil penjualan barang dangan unit produksi Toko di SMK dapat dilakukan dengan: demi keperluan pelaporan perlu adanya catatan untuk semua transaksi yang terjadi dan selalu di laporkan kepada kepala unit produksi. Adanya sistem pelaporan secara berkala (setahun dua kali) oleh bendahara dan kepala unit produksi akan dapat mengembangkan toko yang dikelolanya. Pembagian keuntungan untuk pengembangan toko, untuk pengembangan pendidikan program pemasaran, untuk pengurus atau pokja toko dan juga untuk kesejahteraan guru dan karyawan serta untuk untuk cadangan atau dana taktis dengan porsi yang telah ditentukan dalam AD ART unit produksi. Pemberian reward pada pelanggan yang berkontribusi besar pada unit produksi di akhir tahun pelajaran The aim of research conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta. To describe: 1) Empowerment in providing merchandise Production Unit Store Marketing Skills Program at SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta 2) Empowerment in the distribution of merchandise units poduksi program marketing expertise in SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta. 3) Empowerment reporting results poduksi units merchandise sales program marketing expertise Stores in Vocational High School 1 Surakarta This study used qualitative methods. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data using data, sourse and method trianggulation. Data were analyzed interactively and continues over time until complete, so the data is saturated. Theb results of this study are 1) Empowerment in the supply of merchandise at production units in vocational shops can be done by: The production unit stores get merchandise from the sales, purchases to the grocery store, as well as doing kongsinyasi. The involvement of all parties for the progress of the production unit stores. Conducting checks on goods that have been purchased. Regulate the distribution of goods and correctly so that the quality is maintained. As well as the merchandise inventory procedure can be said to be effective if in it there are elements of merchandise inventory management. 2) The shape of real effort in the empowerment of distribution of goods can be done by: Human Resources and Facilities optimize existing infrastructure, designing organizational structures, systems Applying pick up the ball, and the Door to Door Sales Program. 3) Empowerment of reporting the sale of goods invitation Store at SMK production unit can be: for the sake of the purposes of reporting the need for a note to all the transactions that occur and are always reported to the head of the production unit. A system of reporting regularly (twice a year) by the treasurer and head of the production unit will be able to develop the store management. Distribution of profits for store development, educational development programs for marketing, for store management or working groups and also for the welfare of teachers and employees as well as for backup or for tactical fund with a predetermined portion of the AD ART production unit. Giving rewards to customers who contribute greatly to the production unit at the end of the school year
