Abstract

Myofascial Trigger Point Syndrom Trapezius Descenden is a multisyndrom which is cause by trigger point in taut band trapezius descenden myofibril. Pasive trigger point will cause deficiency of muscle flexibility and extensibility, deficiency of ROM which is cause by contracture, and deficiency of trapezius descenden muscle’s endurance. Pasive trigger point trapezius descenden is easy to build and activatide by static work on hand and arm, or malposture at neck and shoulder which is cause by overwork of the trapezius descenden. Activation of passive trigger point trapezius descenden will cause spasm, tenderness pain, local or referred in other place. This research was held at RSI Purwokerto on September –Oktober 2008 periode, which samples from RSI Purwokerto’s employed who already describe as routine patient at physiotherapy clinic with MTPS in the trapezius descenden. This research mean to know the impact of sustained stretching and correct posture on the decrease of MTPS Trapezius descenden relaps frecuensy. All the patient do the exercise with writer every day within a mounth. The data working do with T-test of related metode with result that sustained stretching exercise and correct posture have and impact on the decrease of MTPS Trapezius descenden relaps frecuensy, because the result of t statistic value is bigger than the t table value.
