Abstract

Background: VO2max is the largest aerobic ability if the power of a person. This is determined by the amount of acid (O2) that most can be supplied by the heart, breathing every minute. With the factors influencing the form of age, gender, race and genes, the state of the exercise, blood pressure and heart rate. VO2max can be measured using the bleep test. Physiotherapist program are given in futsal players in improving VO2max include Circuit Training. Objective: The object of this study is to determine the effect of circuit training to toward VO2max improvement. Methods: This research method uses a quasi - experimental research design by pre and post test with control group and uses is 30 sample of people . Results: Statistical test using Wilcoxon test, the results is the effect of circuit training to toward VO2max in futsal players premises p value = 0.01 (< 0.05) . As for the influence of different test p value = 0.02 (< 0.05) . Conclusion: With these results we can conclude there is the effect of circuit training to toward VO2max .
