Abstract
Election Supervisory Committee (Panwaslu) Sukoharjo is one part of the administration of elections for President and Vice President 2014 by carrying out oversight functions in Sukoharjo. There are many forms of violations that occurred during the course of election of President and Vice President in 2014, ranging from violations such as the circulation of the Obor magazine up to criminal offense of election by Sukini at the election polling stations (TPS) 01 Kebak Hamlet, Dukuh Village, Sub-district Mojolaban, District of Sukoharjo. 1) the process of handling criminal offense of Presidential Election by the Election Supervisory Committee of Sukoharjo at TPS 01 Kebak Hamlet, Sub-district Mojolaban, District of Sukoharjo starting from the findings videotape that showed the destruction of ballots paper on the internet site Youtube up to the Integrated Law Enforcement (GAKKUMDU) in accordance with the accumulated evidence, witnesses, confidence investigator and legislation related to the implementation of the General Election of President and Vice President of the Year 2014. 2) Barriers faced by the Supervisory Committee district of Sukoharjo in the handling criminal offense of Presidential Election in Sukoharjo election at polling stations 01 Kebak Hamlet, Dukuh Village, Sub-district Mojolaban, District of Sukoharjo namely intimidation. Intimidation carried out starting from the submission of short messages threatening to destruction of the gate of the house Subakti A Shidiq as chairman of the Supervisory Committee Sukoharjo.
