Abstract

The title of research Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Jaminan Sosial Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan / Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The goal of research: 1) To analyze is there any significe influence between work motivation and social guarantee to the lecturer of Ekonomy Facuity of Muhammaditah University of Surakarta randomly or jointly, 2) To analyze those have the most dominant influence among work motivation giving and social guarente to Ekonomy Faculty's lecturrs work Productivity of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The population research is Ekonomi Faculty lecturers or Workers / Staffs of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta . It consist of 16 administration staffs, 23Accountancy Lecturers, 10 Development Science Lecturers, and 38 Management Lecturers. The method of collecting data are questioner method and Interview method. The data analysis used are Validity and Realibility, Classic assumption, Double regrestion Analysis, Determinate Coefficient, Analysis, Test F and Test T. The first hypothesis states that supposed work motivation and social guarantee will influence to staffs work productivity, is proved reality. It is showed by probability value tcount for work motivation variable is 0,001 and social guarente is 0,041( P< 0,05). So ho is denied and ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that work motivation and social guarantee have significant influebce to staffs work productivity. The second hypothesis states that supposed motivation is dominant variable can influence the staffs ,it is showed by Beta coefficient motivation variable that is bigger than social guarente variable. It is 0.541 for beta coefficient motivation variable and it is 0,311 for social guarantee variable. Tharesult of Test F for shows that F account value is 15,017 and F table (2: 28) is 3,39. So ho is denied, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between work motivation (x1) and social guarantee (x2) Arward to work productivity jointly.
