Abstract

The objective research to investigate the effect of Islamic work ethic on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, dan turnover intention. The study used a sample of 40 employees from PT. BFI Finance Tbk. in Surakarta, Central Java. The sampling technique used in this research is nonrandom sampling by purposive sampling method. The empirical testing indicates that Islamic work ethic has significant effects on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment; whereas there is no significant evidence of the effect of Islamic work ethic on turnover intention.
