Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of the effectiveness of accounts receivable management on the company's financial performance. The sample in this study amounted to 72 using documentation in the form of financial statements of PT Indo PD Mandiri for data collection. Sampling technique with quota sampling method. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Receivables turnover ratio has an effect on Return on Assets (ROA) and has no effect on Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Investment (ROI). 2) Arrears Ratio and Collection Ratio have influence on Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Investment (ROI). 3) The average age of receivables has an effect on Return on Equity (ROE) and has no effect on Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Investment (ROI).
