Abstract

A juridical review of the management and accountability of village funds during the Covid-19 pandemic based on the Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration No. 6 of 2020 concerning Amendments to the Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration No. 11 of 2019 concerning Priority for the Use of Village Funds in 2020 contains the implementation of procedures for managing village funds in Boto Village, Bancak District, Semarang Regency. The method used by the author is empirical juridical, namely by implementing normative legal provisions (laws) in action on certain legal events that occur in a society. The results that can be concluded from this study are that the implementation of village fund management in Boto Village, Buncak District, Semarang Regency has not been in accordance with Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. There are still a lot of infrastructure or village facilities and infrastructure that have not been well adequate. Lack of socialization to village communities, so that many village communities do not know what the implementation of village fund management is used for.
