Abstract

This study aims to influence service quality and trust on intention to revisit with clinical patient satisfaction as a mediating variable. The sample in this study amounted to 112 patients using a questionnaire for data collection. Sampling technique with non-probability sampling method. Data analysis technique using Path Analysisi. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Quality of service has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction so that the first hypothesis is proven 2) Patient trust has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction so that the second hypothesis is proven. 3) Quality of service has no significant positive effect on interest in visiting so that the third hypothesis is not proven. 4) Patient trust has a significant positive effect on interest in visiting so that the fourth hypothesis is proven. 5) Patient satisfaction has a significant positive effect on interest in visiting so that the fifth hypothesis is proven. 6) Patient satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of service quality on interest in visiting so that the sixth hypothesis is not proven. 7) Patient satisfaction can mediate the effect of service quality on interest in visiting so that the seventh hypothesis is proven
