Abstract
The development of the capital market in Indonesia has been increasing. It is characterized by the number of go-public companies selling their shares to obtain various sources of funds from investors and creditors to develop their company's operational activities. In investing activities, investors expect high profits and obtain dividends. In managing the business, the companies need to pay attention to the company's social and environmental interests. This study aims to describe the effect of dividend policy, debt policy, profitability, and corporate social responsibility on the value of companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2018-2021. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with a total population of 198 companies. Based on the analysis criteria, a sample of 37 companies was obtained. Data collection technique used documentation in the form of annual and sustainability reports. This research employed quantitative methods with the data analysis of multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that dividend policy, debt policy, and corporate social responsibility have a positive and insignificant effect on the company and profitability has a positive and significant impact on firm value.
