Abstract

Mobile banking is a service provided by banks that utilizes information technology and uses the customer's gadget. The purpose of this study was to analyze the mobile banking provided by Bank Syariah Indonesia and Bank Mandiri from the point of view of implementation procedures and an overview of Islamic law. The background of this research includes the rapid development of technology which has positive and negative impacts, the amount of internet usage in Indonesia, banking in Indonesia is generally divided into 2 types of banking, namely conventional and sharia, as well as mobile banking services as a form ofdevelopment in banking activities. -In this case, the researcher examines mobile banking services between Islamic banks and conventional banks, namely Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI Mobile) and Bank Mandiri (livin' by Mandiri). Researchers used qualitative methods and in data collection using primary and secondary data. And discussion of the results using comparative analysis. The results of the study found similarities and differences in the procedures for implementing BSI Mobile and Livin' by Mandiri. As well as the conformity of Islamic law to BSI Mobile and Livin' by Mandiri.
