Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human capital and relational capital on employee performance mediated by structural capital at PDAM Surakarta. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population and sample of this study were 60 employees of PDAM Surakarta. Sources of data used in this study is primary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis using SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that human capital does not have a significant effect on structural capital, relational capital has a significant and negative effect on structural capital, human capital has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, relational capital has no and no significant effect on employee performance, structural capital has a positive and no significant effect on employee performance. significant effect on employee performance, structural capital cannot mediate the effect of human capital on employee performance and structural capital is able to positively mediate the effect of relational capital on employee performance.
